I've got one in progress based on Riverview only it won't be coming prepopulated or with lots placed since I would want to get it done ASAP since I'm also looking for something similar to the OP.I've got to get into CAW and finish working on my RIverview makeover since it might be the best option.I did also use Storybrook County lite and locate it in Maine for the 100 baby challenge I'm playing which is in the 16th century.
