Worlds with out lots
Are there any small worlds that has roads but no lots. that you can add your own lots seems a lot of worlds if you delete the lots you cannot replace them.

How many roads are you thinking? A small would is little and if you want to be able to place a lot anywhere, the roads have to planned out.
What about a beach?
You want the waterfall to look at or to be near a lot?
