Worlds with out lots
Are there any small worlds that has roads but no lots. that you can add your own lots seems a lot of worlds if you delete the lots you cannot replace them.

I really like smallish worlds like this one. My old computer could barely even run 40x40 lot sizes let alone large worlds, back in the day, so I got used to little ones. My PC can run virtually anything now, but I still find myself loving smaller worlds for the perfect performance.
