Your favorite media to play sims
I myself, prefer a PC. I tried playing Sims on a Wii, but it wasn't easy to maneuver objects around for me. I'm so used to a standard mouse and keyboard.

I'm mostly a PC player who playes both TS2 and TS3 on my laptop which runs TS3 without any lagging even when overloaded with tons of Mods and tons of CC.
