Zumi and Josh

When I next loaded my save, Josh and Zumi both went to the backyard to check out the pool. Must remember to tune out the checking of new objects because they want to check everything in a new house! :# They chatted happily for a bit and made it to good friends so Josh felt confident enough to share a secret but Zumi wasn't ready for that much intimacy. Dang fool! She should be thankful I let her have first go at Josh! ;)

One of Josh's first wishes was to learn the gardening skill. I sent him to the grocery store to buy some fruit for planting and speed grew the tomato and apple so Zumi would have something to cook with.

When he was done with the gardening, he interrupted Zumi's reading to boast about his athletic prowess :D

When Josh sat down to watch TV, I had Zumi join him and change the channel so she could work on her cooking skill. She had already prepared some waffles for the fridge. "That's not how you truss a turkey!"

Zumi quickly jumped in to talk about books. It was a good thing because while they were talking she discovered that Talei had the flirty trait!

When I saw that Talei was flirty I quickly sent them home! Josh was reacting to a screaming toddler. He's in for a huge surprise when he learns what Zumi's LTW is :D

Josh did the gardening. When he watered the first plant it triggered a wish to level up. He got his wish before the gardening was done :)

I gave Zumi a perfect apple and had her prepare pancakes. She rolled a wish to level up when she was done but didn't get that wish until later in the day.

After a few flirts were exchanged, Zumi confessed her attraction to Josh and I just about fell off my chair when her very next move was to try for baby! :o :D I was hoping they would at least be going steady before Zumi made this move but it wasn't to be. Being family oriented I know the pregnancy will trigger a wish to marry but that won't come until after the baby bump so she won't be getting a white wedding! :D

When Josh and Zumi tried to form a group at the same time, I cancelled it and had Josh ask Zumi on a date instead. The grouping would have become a date anyway so they might as well do it properly.

Zumi rolled a wish to visit the Theatre earlier in the day so I sent them on a tour.

I had a look around town and realized I hadn't placed any fun venues so I quickly added a professional bar to The Hot Spot and sent them there.

It was getting close to dinner time but I wanted them to have at least one drink before then. They both went to watch TV but I cancelled Zumi's action and had her buy a round of drinks.

Sunlit Tides is a beautiful world :) Zumi watched TV while she was drinking and got her wish to level up in cooking :)

When their hunger bars got low they both wished to eat at a restaurant so I sent them to the Bistro as it was closest.

Zumi finished cooking while Josh was still gardening so I sent her to the Town Hall to register as a self-employed writer.

When Josh leveled up in gardening, he rolled a wish to harvest a wild plant so I sent him to the community garden to harvest eggs and cheese. Because I wasn't watching him, he also harvested a couple of life fruit. When I sold them he got his first promotion :)

A couple of sims arrived at the venue but only one went to the bar. She had been clutching her belly so I assume she wanted to order food. Zumi and Josh didn't hang around to get to know her.
