Code redeemed but game not showing in my EA library
Hello,
I bought a Sims 3 code from Instant Gaming and redeemed it on the EA App. The code was accepted, but the game didn’t appear in my library. When I try to enter the code again, it says “This code has already been redeemed.”
Instant Gaming told me they can’t help because the issue is not related to the activation code itself.
I don't know what to do, can anyone help?
