2 accounts , 1 user problem ):

Hi , 

I'm having problems with my account . I just realized that I have registered my Sims 3 games in 2 accounts , one under Gmail email account and the other under Live email account . The problem started when I purchased the Sims 3 Supernatural and the Sims 3 Seasons expansion packs online for the first time . I have unconsciously downloaded the 2 games under my Gmail email account instead of my Live email account . I was given the Origin Exclusive Plants vs. Zombies™ Décor Pack & Origin Exclusive Trick-or-Treat Costume Pack for free so I wanted to redeem it but when I logged in to my Sims 3 community account , Im unable to login .

My question is:

1 . Can I combine my game collection in my gmail origin account with my game collection under my live origin account ?

2 . Why am I having problems redeeming my exclusive packs ?
