A serious error has occurred while loading [world]

I keep getting this error message when trying to load into Isla Paradiso. The loading screen goes really fast and then straight to the error message. When I create a new Sims 3 folder the problem is fixed, but this means there's something wrong with my mods folder because as soon as I move it back to the sims 3 folder, the problem is back. I tried mod conflict detector and deleted any conflicting mods. Still not working. Do I have to go through each file loading the game up each time (which takes forever) to see which file is causing the problem? Any advice pls i want to play and rlly want my cc ☹️
