Bad CC - Instructions on how to find it and how to get rid of it (including list)

I've been discussing the dress before and someone said it was actually a package file from Peggy (did not find it there though).

The fact that there is no icon showing for those actually point towards a package file if you are still using the old method of installing package files.

You could try removing all your pacakge files to see if they are gone (also delete the cache files).
