Quite a lot to answer here :) Let me see what I can do.
@BUTTONSGINGER: You're welcome
@Honeybun081702: Strange. Custom CC should not give you that message. Do you still have the downloads in your Download folder ?
@proudmama4boyz: Unfortunately there are a lot of cc that does that and it would be a pain to list them all. I will take a look at the rusty one though. That sounds like bad cc. The leaf one, I will need to double check an maybe make a new category for stuff that is badly categorized as pregnancy. Just don't have the time to do that atm. I'm thinking about making a tutorial on how to find the launcher pic/ name for yourself, just did not get around to doing that. As for Dashboard/Custard --> see below
@Lihtaruk: Depends if it's a sims3pack or a package file you got there. If it's a sims3pack, please do the following (this will only work, if you don't clean out your DCBackup folder): Make a sim that is wearing that outfit, then export it, give it a description: Bad CC, just for testing purposes, please don't download, then upload it to the exchange and post the link in this thread. I will then download and let you know, when you can delete. As for the gucci dress, you will need to UNINSTALL it from the installed content tab, not downlaods. I'll check it and put it on the list later. Also what mods did you download by accident and where ? As for the hair: Pretty bad with that. I have no idea. All you can do is what I said above to see what it is.
Where did you extract it too ? It should be in your mods folder if it was a package file.
@Blckhood, Jessa_Dakkar: Thanks for all those reports. It's a german user and she is also at the forum there. Trying to get her to delete the doll from her game. As I said in another thread, if you find DLs with the doll, let me know. The doll should not get packed anymore as of patch 1.14 (as long as you don't use her in a household that is), so everyone that is patched to at least that level, should be fine on not spreading it anymore.
@genuinecailet: You're welcome :)
As for the tools:
There are two tools: Dashboard and Custard. Both by Delphy. One is for checking pacakge files (Dashboard) the other one for Sims3Packs (Custard). Dashboard was programmed for finding corrupt Package-Files and will show everything you have in your mods folder and what is bad. It does NOT detect all errors but only Blue lotting files, Sims 2 Files, conflicts and duplicates. It does not detect any other errors.
The main focus of Custard is to clean out bad CC in Sims3Packs but it's still alpha. It does not work on installed content but only on the Sims3pack you have downloaded and you can only check one Sims3pack at the time.
I don't have the time for a detailed explanation on how to work it right now but it's on my list on possible posts. RL is pretty busy atm and I got other stuff that I find more important on it, first. Custard is pretty straightforward to use. Read the instructions at the MTS post and the comments should also help. Sorry, all I can do atm.
