@proudmama4boyz: I looked at the sim you reuploaded. It seems that it does not have anything packed but I will need to check in my game to be sure. Custard does not show anything but there is something strange with it.
What you can do is just clean out your DCBackup folder (move the your desktop) and then just reexport them. It seems that stuff is only get packed, if the corresponding file is in the DCBackup folder.
Patterns are fairly safe. The only thing know to get packed with them is the doll. If you are patched to the newest level, you won't have a problem with that.
