I took a look at reuploaded mollie and unfortunately case 2 is true for her. She comes with that lovely Peggy Ballon dress (if it really is from peggy).
The dress only shows up in CAS if I remove the clothing filter via MasterController but that will not prevent other sims from getting it.
What you will need to do before going on uploading is uninstall all your Sims you have in your game (from installed content). At least one of them has that dress and you will continue uploading it with yours. I still need to check if there are any other DLs that come that way.
If you need to keep any of them, let me know and I will tell you how you should be able to save them.
Your reuploaded Levi Castles looks fine though. Andrea should have the same problem as molly.
