Bad CC - Instructions on how to find it and how to get rid of it (including list)

Just want to say thanks your site is a real life saver lol. Someone put that horse body CC in a house or a sim I didn't see or know about until my very first baby vampire was born and nearly gave me a heart-attack when my screen started freaking out thanks to that CC stretching her out across the world.

But yeah with your help I got it fixed so thanks for having that info up and out for everyone to find.
