I have a bad CC file that refused to uninstall. I've tried everything. When I go back into the game, it's still there. I deleted the caches, I got the file out of the backup folder. I ran the files through alot of programs like Custard and Dashboard. It's not showing up. Like I can't find a way to fully delete it.
It's an older TSR file:

The original file date is sept 30th, 2009
The backup name is: 0x14662581d6b6ab172dfc9ed3d8570e08.package
The file was originally marked for naked. The game keeps putting it on one of my sims when she showers or takes a bath. I have tried everything to get it off her. I tried the gender trick, didn't work at all. Soon as I change her back to female, the game puts the lingerie right back on her.
Anyone have any advice on how to get rid of this file permanently? I don't want to get rid of that sim. And the clothing stuck with her even after I moved her to a new neighborhood. I don't want to delete all my saved games. There has to be some way to kill this file?
Sims2Sisters has an updated version up, they used a new GUID on it, so it does no good to reinstall that. It won't overwrite this bad file.
