It is the Riddle house in Twinbrooks with the urn in the attic on the floor by the way. I recognized it once I saw it.
Yeah BB has a lot of graves including some underground in a secret spot, and Hidden Springs has quite a few. Right this minute i don't have either in here or any mods, but maybe someone else will look. I am still not sure Twallan has all the kinks out of MC yet - so I won't try any mods until he is sure. Last I knew there were a few issues, but Crinrict was having no problem with them either - so that is a good sign.
I test worlds too, so i try not to use any kind of mod but ET and OW.
But thank you very much Elanor for doing that and Bshag for adding to the list. I am sure simmers will definitely find that list beneficial.
I generally do not delete EA houses anyway, I just rework them a bit but leave them pretty much alone. I get skiddish about bulldozing as that does not destroy spawners - and if there are fish spawners in particular in the area, that is another source of lag if they are swimming about on land and under buildings. So after you bulldoze any lot, turn on testing cheats, and turn on buydebug, so the spawner will show up on lots if there are any, sometimes you need to drop down a level to make them show - then physically delete each one before you start building - that way that source of trouble will then be history.
