@DFXBLOCK Please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
Please also upload the most recent two or three minidump files. Open a File Explorer window and enter this in the address bar:
C:\Windows\Minidump
For the most recent two or three files, right-click and select Copy, then right-click on your desktop and select Paste. From there, you can zip the files together, upload the .zip to the filehosting site of your choice (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), and link it here.
Hi sorry for replying late, I was sick
so the dzdiag is attached to the post and here's the mini dumps link : https://drive.google.com/file/d/14r6T4nnw3z35pK8aede7wfhQ2wqeGdIS/view?usp=share_link
@DFXBLOCK I'll look at the minidump later tonight or tomorrow morning, depending on how the evening goes. In the interim, please run a couple of basic checks on your Windows system files:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth” without quotes, and enter
- Please post the message you get, and if you see an error, stop here and let me know
- Otherwise, open “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)" again
- nside the window, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards.
The message I got was
Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.19041.844Image Version: 10.0.19044.2364
No component store corruption detected.
The operation completed successfully.@DFXBLOCK I apologize for the late reply. We lost power this week and I've been slow to catch up since then.
One of the dump files had no data at all, and the other said the USB 3 driver was causing the crashes. (It's a little complicated, but essentially, the driver is behaving in a way that Windows finds unacceptable, so it causes the crash itself.) This is less likely to be an issue with Windows than with one of your devices, so try playing with no USB devices at all plugged in except your mouse and keyboard. I realize this isn't a long-term solution, but it's a helpful diagnostic step.
If you get another BlueScreen, please upload the new dump file.
