I may sound more confusing :D ok the sims3 account and the origin account use the same email and password ( the accounts get/are tied together ) so if you registered the games in origin first you do not need to reregister them on the sims 3 account so try just log in the sims 3 site with your email and password or if your trying to log in with your username use the email and password

@mountynrose wrote:I bought 5 games/expansion digital games from Origin, and I can't register a single one! I try to register my games using the serial numbers that come up when I click on the information button and it says that my codes are incorrect. This is frustrating! I do everything the emails tell me to... to a tee. And every time I get the same message that the number I have entered is invalid. How do I fix this?

if the game was bought 2nd hand/used the code/s will be tied to the original persons account and are non transferable nor can they be re registered to another account for ,
even newly bought games either from origin or from a shop/store even newly bought games can run into the used/invalid code issue and you may need to contact CS
