Bought Roaring Heights Gold Edition on EA App and its no where to be found.

I have been looking through the forum for help with this and I seriously don't know what to do. I wish I could just uninstall an add-on but I guess the EA app doesn't work like that. Paid $17 for this and now I can't even access it. I tried logging into the sims 3 store online and looking at purchase history but its not there either. 

I don't really want to uninstall the whole game because I have some cc I just added so let me know what I can do. My EA account and sims account are linked so that shouldn't be the issue. Just wanted to play my nostalgic game tonight but this is a bummer.

    Okay I just found the product code that was emailed to me after the purchase. I applied that to the sims 3 store under "my store account" and it downloaded. Not sure where the extra store points are though. The gold version of this add-on comes with store points and I can't access those yet.

    KnifeCat91​  Did you receive one code or two?  Sometimes the extra points are tied to a separate code, not the same one for the world itself.  I'm not sure whether that's true with RH because it's been a while, but it's worth checking the email.

    Please also clear your browser cache and check your points total again, in case you did receive the points but the site was loading stale data.
