Bought World Bundle and Stuff Pack but Can't Download Them

I bought the Sims 3 Master Suite Stuff Pack and The Sims 3 World Bundle containing Monte Vista and Hidden Springs on the EA App. I put in the codes I had been emailed but the worlds are not showing up...

LittleMissLimos cathyj723 Sims 3 Store worlds need to be installed through the Store site, not through the EA App. Please see the first post of this thread for more information:
