@arianaf84 Can you access Build/Buy in the building through Edit Town? If so, you should be able to fix the issue, or at least I could when I tried. Once in Build/Buy, bring up the cheats console (cmd-shift-C) and enter these cheats, in order:
testingcheatsenabled true
restrictbuildbuyinbuildings off
Bring the walls up so you can see what you're doing, then delete the walls that jut out at the entrance and replace them with straight walls, like so:
You may or may not also need to replace the doors; identical copies of the existing ones should work fine.
You'll also need to replace the gendered bathroom doors with something else if you want the sims to be able to enter and exit the bathrooms.
Thanks for your answer but i cant delete the walls or the the door because says object in use
@arianaf84 That's what happens if you click the foundation bit that goes around the building. Bring the walls up, like in my screenshot, and then click high on the walls themselves.
If you can't make it work, let me know, and I'll modify a copy in my game and send it to you; you'd drop it in your Library folder. It would show up as a saved community lot the same as if you'd modified it and saved it yourself. No cc or other surprises, I promise.
Thaks Hero but still no working ill wait for your copy!
Thanks in advance!
@arianaf84 I still have no idea why the cheats aren't working for you, but it doesn't really matter if you're not bothered. Anyway, here's a .zip of a modified Prosper Room:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1u66I3n3nWsyAs6-QZeiH6taYyEke619j/view?usp=sharing
Double-click the .zip to extract it, then drop the .package file into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Library, and it should show up in the Community Lots list.
I only edited the front of the building, to allow sims to enter, and replaced the bathroom doors with generic ones, since sims can't use the gendered doors. I'd recommend placing the build, then using "save as" to rename the save, quitting, and reloading, just in case there's any weirdness. There shouldn't be—I tested this multiple times—but it's always better to take precautions.
Oh my gosh! Thank you thank you thank you! I stopped playing for almost a year because none of the nightlife buildings worked since the 64-bit update. This worked like a charm.
