Surfaces usually don't come with dedicated graphics card so they are not made for gameing.
There are people that are able to run it but I don't know if with all expansion.
If you are looking for a computer to play Sims, I would not buy a surface. You can get better computers for gaming for that money. It really all depends what you wanna do with it. I doubt you can run Sims 3 with all expansion with little issus. Sims 4 might run now but there's now way in telling how it will work out in the future.
The thing is I will probably only get generations and season but possibly another for the sims 3. I also have no cc and people have got it to run nicely

Seasons is rather demanding.
I doubt you'll be happy if the main focus is gaming. It might not even run at all.
i have a surface pro 3 with i3 core and 4GB RAM and i have the sims 3 with generations,seasons,high end loft,ambitions really smoothly. so it will be fine
