Cannot access Sims 3 I own
I own the Sims 3 on disc but no longer have a disc player on new comp how can I get access when I try to register it wont let me says already registered........cannot re download. Please help

Hi, if you have the ea app jsut click on your 'profile' there you should see something like this and then just click on the 'Redeem code', then it should work normally when you are installing your game through disc :)
Hope this helpstune_40 Is Sims 3 in your EA App library? If so, click it and you should see a Download button. If you click that, you should have the option to download all the packs you own as well.
If the game is NOT in your EA App library, or you're missing some of your owned packs under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons, please let me know what's missing.
