Hello!
I've experienced the exact same issue. It started as a save error and then as I was trying to solve that it's evolved into the above with none of the worlds working.
Another thread suggested moving the entire Sims 3 folder out of the Electronic Arts folder and onto your desktop. I also turned One Drive off. This corrected the issue for me.
Although I've lost all previous saves but that was me messing around so much. Like years worth 😭

AdeleEileen You can try moving your saves to the new Sims 3 folder to see whether they load. If they don't, let me know; we can try to troubleshoot further.
