11 years agoIf you go to your purchase history: https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html I assume nothing of your old content appears?
Did you get a game advisor to delete your account or did you do it manually? If a game advisor - did you mention the fact that you had all the content, etc?

A game advisor deleted it, I told them that I had CC. I assumed since I had downloaded it on my old computer with my old account that it would be transferable.
If not then it's a real bother as I have spent easily over $200 on the Sims 3 Store.

- do you get any error messages?
- do they appear in your documents:electronicarts😕ims3:downloads folder?
- do they appear in your purchase history?
