Can't Download Purchased Expansion

I cannot get my recently purchased expansion pack to download. The download buttons that are supposed to be on the add-ons tab or under the manage add ons button are not showing up. I have tried the ...

Super_Ninja_015​  Is this an actual expansion, or a Store world?  For Store worlds, please see the first post of this master thread:

For an expansion, if the EA App is listing it as in-game content, the suggestions in the accepted solution of this thread may help:
