@volkypr Did you try the workaround in the first link I posted? It's not simply about clearing the cache; that's just one step. The overall process is to try to get Origin to automatically download your pack, which it may or may not want to do the first time around.

@volkypr It's worth trying. The last time this problem surfaced was two years ago, and it showed up in macOS before migrating to Windows. This workaround helped most people sooner or later, although it was often not enough to simply enable auto updates and quit and reopen Origin. That's where clearing the cache comes in.
If it doesn't work though, I'll flag the issue and see if there's anything else that can be done. If you'd like to experiment a bit more yourself, you can clear Origin's cache and uninstall "the hard way."

When you reinstall, uncheck ALL the boxes offered on the setup screen, everything from enabling auto updates to sharing hardware info. Then enable auto updates, quit Origin, and reopen it.
- 5 years ago@puzzlezaddict Hrm I think im just gonna wait till Origin updates and maybe it'll fix itself, ive tried about 4 different methods and its all come up the same way :/ , thank you tho for tryin for so long, very much appreciated.
By any chance do you know if Origin does scheduled updates or some form of maintenance so that I can know when to check?- puzzlezaddict5 years agoHero+
@volkypr Origin updates when it feels like it, or at least it seems that way. I think it's about once a week, but I've never really paid close attention, to be honest. If I hear anything about this issue potentially being addressed in an update, I'll post here to let you know.
