cant install purchased content from download dashboard.

help me please. thank you!  i click install tab on purchased content from my purchase history and either nothing happens or i get an error window stating i dont own content im trying to download.  co...

in my downloads dashboard i have almost 7 pages of purchased content that i cant install for some reason.  i keep getting an error window that says i dont own it but i clearly have purchase date and time recorded in the dashboard. i dont understand what im doing wrong.  again i beg of you.  please help me.
