Can't redeem Sims 3 disc codes
Hi!
I have several Sims 3 discs that I would like to use, and am currently playing on a laptop without a disc drive. I have tried to redeem the codes on said discs through the EA app, and the codes have apparently already been redeemed on different devices.
The game and its expansion packs are not linked to my EA account as I have never had to download them before, and when I contacted the customer service chat, I was directed to this forum and told to ask for the help of a community manager who would be able to sort out the codes.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing thee disks! It sounds like your codes have been redeemed on a different EA account already- in that case you'd need to reach back out to live support and provide your codes to the team there so they can locate which account these games are currently tied with and help you get logged in. Here on AHQ, we don't have the ability to look into your specific account information to check these codes.
