Code Already Redeemed
Hello,
I have my Sims3 from back when I was in high school (so about 20 years ago) and I wanted to play it. So I bought a CD-rom reader and tried downloading it, but I keep getting an error message due to redundancy. ChatGPT tells me that my CD is probably scratched or damaged. But it gave me the idea to download the EA app and try to redeem my code. Genius! So I tried.
That's when I ran into the next issue, it said the code has already been redeemed. Probably by me a decade ago with an old email or username I cannot figure out. I have tried all the email addresses I can remember from that long ago. What are my options? Is there a way I can send the proof of ownership or something? I wouldn't be able to show proof of purchase. That receipt is long gone.

If you have your product code, our live support team might be able to help you find the EA account you redeemed it on. Hopefully you can get access to it again, and then either play there or merge your EA accounts together so you have everything in one place.
