Code redeemed but game not showing in my EA library

Hello,

I bought a Sims 3 code from Instant Gaming and redeemed it on the EA App. The code was accepted, but the game didn’t appear in my library. When I try to enter the code again, it says “This code has already been redeemed.”

Instant Gaming told me they can’t help because the issue doesn’t seem related to the activation code itself. 

i don't know what to do, can anyone help?

  • * FIX *

    Within the EA App, on the top left corner, there are 3 lines to access the app menu, from there, click Help -> App Recovery -> Clear Cache.

    Then once you're signed back in, your DLC should be able to be installed from the Sims Add-on Menu.

    Hi! The game has finally shown up under "My Games". I guess it was taking a while to finally show up? Yesterday, the EA app store was acting as if I hadn't purchased it so I got a bit frustrated and scared! 😅

    Hello,
    I need help with an issue related to The Sims 3. I installed EA Play and then downloaded The Sims 3 base game along with several expansion packs. I have already redeemed the code, but I can't access the games.

    When I try to redeem the code again to reinstall the game, I receive an error saying the code has already been used. Inside the EA App, the game does not appear in my library it only shows the option to purchase it, even though I already own it.

    How can I fix this and get access to the content I already redeemed and installed?
