contacting ea and sims 3 world adventures simpoints
Hi,
I have now been trying for three weeks to get in touch with an ea advisor through the online chat thing you can do but when it asks me for the issue and platform etc it wont let me continue further to speak to an advisor. I am getting extremely frustrated and very annoyed by this as i bought sims 3 world adventures a few weeks ago through origin and i have still not recieved the $10 worth of free simpoints and i still cant get the free content that comes with it because its not showing up as one on of my registered games on my page of the exchange. Im getting really angry with the sims 3 store at the moment as i have been experiencing lots of difficulty with this and getting no where with contacting ea and its ruining my game play now and stopping me from purchasing further expansions and store items in case more issues occur. Is anyone able to help at all ? i mainly would like to know the best way to contact ea so i can sort out the many issues i now have with the sims 3. thanks for any help in advance
