40e35c751823933b Do you mean the user interface across the bottom of the screen? This is a set number of pixels wide, so the higher the resolution your game uses, the smaller the UI will be in real size. One workaround is therefore to lower the in-game resolution.
If you don't want to do that, an app called Better Display can help. More details are here and further down in the same thread:

yes, that's exactly what I mean - the user interface across the bottom of the screen. The smallest in-game resolution is 1920x1200(16:10) and even with that it is just too small.
