I purchased the Dragon Valley bundle, and every time I try to download it, it crashes.

Grayish66 What crashes? And do you have a Mac? If so, there's a known issue on the newest versions of macOS where the launcher crashes when the player clicks on the Downloads tab:

puzzlezaddict it is the downloads tab that crashes and I do have a mac
the launcher crashes on my new MacBook when I try to launch the sims 3 world bundle that I bought. You can only install the game via the sims 3 launcher
This is still happening. Are there any updates on this as of November?
