[CURRENT ISSUE 64-bit] All open water options missing

@puzzlezaddict Hello, it's me again. My game is working perfectly, but I can't swim or even fish at the sea. When my sim dives, he can't catch the fishes underwater. The cursor only points "no interaction available"

      @puzzlezaddict Today while playing with the Ambitions expansion pack, i have noticed that i cannot click on the spirits to capture them. I couldnt find any other post about this. Playing on an M1 Mac with the 64bit version of TS3
