I bought The Sims 3 and play it through the EA app. When I installed it and play for the first time, everything worked fine. But the next time I tried to play, I received an error message saying I couldn’t play any of the worlds. The error message states that a serious error occurred while loading the world, and it recommends that I close the game. The only option is to click "OK." After that, it returns to the world selection screen. I have uninstalled both The Sims 3 and the EA app, but the issue persists. The game works the first time I play, but when I close it and try to play again, the same error message appears. Has anyone found a solution to this?
aifolos Did you try playing in a new admin Windows account? If not, please do so now. Make absolutely sure it's a local account, as in, it's not linked to your Microsoft account or any email address.

thank you. for now its working. i only wish i could play it from the same windows account as there is where i have everything else. maybe i will solve it with time :'(
