I have ran just about all of the troubleshooting possible. I have no save files, and this is on a fresh install of the game.
I fixed this by deleting the files both in my harddrive and in my onedrive. something in there was corrupted so i just got rid of it all. 👍this works just rip your saves if you have them

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 3\Game\Bin <- have this one on my hard drive
C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin <- and this one is in my onedrive.
