I have ran just about all of the troubleshooting possible. I have no save files, and this is on a fresh install of the game.

I play the Sims on an Alienware M18 R2 Laptop,with Windows 11. I unsynched One Drive, then un-installed and reinstalled the Sims3. I have several exceptions allowed in my Anti-virus Avast for the Sims 3. After Reinstalling I did not change move or edit any files in the newly installed game. FYI..my game fully downloads and installs from the EA game App. I made a second attempt at starting a game by trying to delete the Bin folder also, Unfortunately, I reicieved the same error message. So, I don't know what to do...packed up Sims waiting to move back home! Thanks for any words of wisdom!
