you should be able to uninstall and reinstall the DLC that is causing the issue can you try that and let me know if you are able to play it correctly?

Hi, yes I've already tried that. I even took my laptop to bestbuy to see if it was a problem with my system. Not even they could figure out the problem. And EA customer support couldn't help either
