[Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

Maggiee07​  Did you create a new admin Windows account, and is it specifically a local account?  That means NOT linking it to your Microsoft account or any email address; you'd need to answer some security questions instead.  If you haven't already, please try that now.
