Like many others before me, I have tried all the ways you have suggested to "fix" the issue as well as many others from the net, and nothing seems to be working. Which is annoying to say the least. Sims 3 is one of my favourite games. Like the person before me, CryBabyMel22, I downloaded on my new computer and played that day for about 10 hours, creating a world that's now disappeared as I've had to delete it. I then tried creating a world in every world that I own and not one would start. I tried pausing one drive, thinking it would be simple, but no. I've tried the other ways that were described above, none of those worked either. I'm now looking at just uninstalling the game, and leaving it for a while. I wish you guys would fix it properly so that those who have newer computers can play it wouldn't having these constant issues.
