Custom Sim passed to me through Simport!
So I am dealing with another technical malfunction with Showtime (can't interact with one of my sims anymore) and I decide to try to start a new game to see if this is happening with new games as well...

As long as it's not harmful, and they aren't going to over right your files instead they're going to show in your game as just a different sims. So there really isn't reason to worry.
Over writing files isn't the problem. Even if it can't transfer viruses, I really don't want to have to delete a bunch of garbage every time I play.
