Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

hey all i hope you are all doing well. so on april 30th i got 3 new packs.. they never installed, doesnt show up in the sims 3 launcher or where my game is installed but in the ea app it shows downloaded and installed but its not... what do i do? i have completely uninstalled the sims 3, repaired and deleted the ea app, updated ea app and tried clearing cash. can someone help me please? thank you in advance have a lovely day/night! <3
