Hello.

I purchased the Sims 3 bundle on May 7th.

However, it says that Monte Vista's code has already been used.

The other one is registered properly, so I want the new code for Monte Vista.

So, I asked for livechat to help with ea app, but they said this issue is not supported by the counselor.
