Do you get Simpoints for every Expansion Pack you buy?

I just got the Seasons and Generations for christmas and I was wondering do you get any points for buying them and if Yes, then how. Thanks so much.

    No. Only the base game and world adventures give you free Simpoints.

i just bought the sims starter pack with supernatural and was rewarded 3100 sim points :P that was yesterday :D im considering buying seasons cause i like aliens 😛

I ordered supernatural through origins. Am I not able to redeem sims points for it?
