Does EA no longer offer 64 bit ver for MAC?

I’m having trouble accessing some of my Sims 3 expansion packs on Mac. Specifically, I redeemed codes for Supernatural, Late Night, High-end Loft stuff, Movie Stuff, and University Life. For example, I originally installed Supernatural from disc on my PC, then I switched to a windows laptop so that didn't affect me much when I had to redeem the codes. But I recently transitioned to Mac and wanted to play some sims, some packs were gone again. (Supernatural, High-End Loft Stuff, & Late Night) Some of these codes came from discs I purchased years ago when I was using a PC. I've repurchased Supernatural since I lost the code that came with the CD but redeemed the codes I still had. When I try to download them now, they appear as Windows-only. I contacted EA for help, but they said they can't do anything for me and told me to contact the retailer. Makes no sense since I got Late Night and High-end Loft stuff as part of a bundle with the sims 3 base game. The base game appears in my account and I can play it and I bought them in like 2015. Is there anything I can do? I really don't want to pay 20$ for these packs that I already have.
