Download stuck at 99% percent and I've tried everything in the "troubleshoot guide"

I've turned off every firewall on my router, my system and even un-installed my virus/protection software. I've cancelled all add-ons, such as adblock etc, I've even searched through every forum ther...

That fixed everything! My service provider has not even been able to figure it out for weeks why some stuff works and some stuff wont - but this fixed it! Fantastic! Not only did the download of Sims 3 work properly, but the YouTube-vids that work in my office but never at home started working without any problems! Thank you so much! 🙂

    I deleted the update or canceled the progress. Quit Origin. Run Origin as Admin. Then started update from scratch. It worked.
