EA APP Not Detecting TS3 Expansion Pack
Entered product key for TS3 showtime and its not appearing on my expansions list.

Surphice Please clear the EA App's cache:

Then see whether Showtime shows up under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons.
I'm having the same issue with this, entered the product key and cleared the cache and nothing appears in the 'manage add-ons' section :(
