I recently bought EA play sub and the Sims 3 starter pack is included. I try to download the sims 3 base game, but everytime I click download it thinks a long time until I manually pick an install location, and when I click download it automatically says there's an error. It looks like the error is because it's trying to download high-end loft stuff pack and not the base game, even though I clicked download from the base game site. I tried clearing the cache through app recovery and even completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it still does the same thing. any help to fix this issue is appreciated!
