So, I tried playing Sims 3 and tried with my old username. the email that is attached is supposed to send a code to my email to verify this. I cannot get any email with a code or in my spam mail. Is there a way to update the email address on the EA profile without being able to log in?
The login issue is well known, has been ongoing for over a week at least.
The Sims 3 website and the game launcher are affected.
Treybo23 Is the problem only within the Sims 3 launcher and/or game, or can you not login elsewhere either? As noted, the Sims 3 website has been down, but other EA sites are working as normal.
As a side note, you don't need to login to play Sims 3. Aside from earning badges and sending gifts, there's no online feature or funcationality that affects the game itself.
