I too am having this issue with the new windows 11 update, so i have uninstalled and reinstalled it so far, then i had an issue of my game crashing upon the startup loading screen and had to dig through my mods file to realise it was the Nraas cupcake mod that for some reason was doing it. I will have to get the sims to recognise my graphics card and install my store content again. Once i do i will try all the suggestions in this post and give an update!
